CE Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Regular house cleaning and maintenance
- Deep cleaning services
- Commercial office cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
Booking and Scheduling
Service Requests
- All service requests must be scheduled in advance
- We require at least 24 hours notice for standard bookings
- Same-day service may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability
- All appointments are subject to confirmation by CE Cleaning Services
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control
Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
- All prices are quoted in advance and confirmed before service
- Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements
- Additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice for recurring services
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- For recurring services, automatic payment may be set up
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions
- Provide accurate contact information and property details
- Ensure pets are secured during service
- Report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service
Our Responsibilities
CE Cleaning Services commits to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Provide trained and background-checked staff
- Use professional-grade equipment and supplies
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Respect your privacy and property
- Address any service concerns promptly

- If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours
- We will return to address any issues at no additional charge
- This guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning performed
- Pre-existing damage or stains may not be covered under this guarantee
Limitation of Liability
CE Cleaning Services' liability is limited as follows:
- We are fully insured for damages caused by our negligence
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
- Liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for items not properly secured by the client
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
Property Access
Regarding access to your property:
- Clients may provide keys, codes, or be present during service
- We maintain strict confidentiality regarding access information
- Access information is securely stored and protected
- Clients may change access arrangements at any time
- We are not responsible if we cannot access the property as arranged
Health and Safety
We prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients:
- Our staff follows all applicable health and safety protocols
- We use eco-friendly cleaning products when requested
- Clients must inform us of any allergies or sensitivities
- We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
- All staff are trained in proper chemical handling and safety procedures
